My Guardian is seeking a Head of Client Engagement for a 12-month contract to lead the national client engagement function across states, driving growth and ensuring compliant care delivery. You will oversee case managers, intake, onboarding, and support coordination while maintaining high-quality client experiences.
Reporting to the GM, you will lead a high-performance team, manage referrals, and collaborate with rostering and clinical teams to align with care plans and funded packages.
