Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Field Officer to work for an independent environmental enterprise to restore landscapes through team-oriented, science-based and innovative conservation programs.

The important parts:

- Field Officer
n
- Based out of Wetherill Park - working throughout Greater Sydney
n
- Temp to Perm opportunities
n

What you will be required to do:

n
- Current NSW Manual Driver's License and own transport
n
- Physical ability to carry out weed control, planting, habitat restoration, fencing etc
n




- Ability to work in a team environment
n
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic
n
- A valid WWCC or ability to obtain
n
- ChemCert qualifications (or willing to obtain)
n
- Ability to interact with broader community in a respectful and engaging manner.
n
- Previous experience in a similar field or role, either through employment or voluntary work.
n
- Previous experience driving and reversing a trailer
n
- Certificate II or III in Conservation and Land Management
n
- Strong knowledge of local vegetation communities and local native plants/weeds
n
- Data input and mapping skills.
