- Permanent Part Time - Monday & Saturday Night Duty - 9:30pm - 7:15am

- Pay rate – From $48.50 to $60.30 per hour + superannuation

Reporting directly to the Care Manager at Bethlehem House, Kogarah, you will be providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.

About the Role

n

n
- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
n
- Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
n
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
n

n

To be successful in this role you'll need

n

n
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly




n
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
n
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
n
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
n
- Robust coaching/training skills
n
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
n
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
n
