The role

n

This role plays a key part in supporting the recruiters and the wider recruitment process, helping to ensure candidates move through each stage efficiently, compliantly, and with a positive experience. In this fast-paced environment, you will be an important support to both the team and the business, contributing to the overall success of our recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Blue-Collar Recruitment team.
n
- Assist with arranging pre-employment medicals, police checks, PPE orders, and collating tickets and required documentation.
n
- Ensure all compliance checks and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
n




- Manage candidate communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
n
- Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
n

Your Experience & Skills

n

n
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator is desirable.
n
- A proactive go getter; a person who is a self-motivator and initiator of their work.
n
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced energetic workplace.
n
- Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities.
n
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
