Exercise Physiologist (Part-Time Contractor)

n

Cor Phys Allied Health is seeking a motivated, personable and driven Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team.

n

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury management, return-to-work services, chronic disease management, and athletic performance.

n

We are looking for a clinician who is confident working both independently and collaboratively, values high-quality patient care, and is committed to ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and progressive allied health environment with the opportunity to help shape and grow the service.

Position Details

n

- Contractor arrangement
n
- 15-20 hours per week
n
- 2-3 days per week
n

Remuneration

n

- From $65 per hour +
n
- Competitive rates based on experience, qualifications and skillset

The Role Includes

n

n
- Musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation
n
- Exercise-based treatment and rehabilitation programming
n
- Return-to-work and functional capacity rehabilitation
n
- WorkCover, CTP, NDIS and private clients
n
- Sports injury assessment and management
n




- Athlete support and sports coverage opportunities
n
- Performance-based rehabilitation for competitive swimmers through the NSW Sutherland Performance Hub
n
- Collaborative multidisciplinary care
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

Exercise Physiologist Applicants

n

n
- Current ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
n

n

All Applicants

n

n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
- SIRA approval number (or eligibility to obtain)
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload
n
- Strong exercise prescription and rehabilitation skills
n

n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Strength and conditioning knowledge
n
- Experience managing WorkCover, CTP and return-to-work clients
n
- New graduates with robust practical experience are encouraged to apply
n
