About the role

n

Monda Lodge is a20 beddedResidential Aged Care Home. Within this role you will be:

n

n
- Assistingresidents with personal care and other activities of daily living, maintainingresidentsfreedom of choice, independence,privacyand dignity
n
- Will have your ownchampion area
n
- Assistsmaintenance of a hygienic and protected environment for residents,visitorsand staff
n
- Communicate effectively with all members of the team, residentsand their families in delivery of resident care.
n
- Observe residents andreportsany changes in resident health or wellbeing,incidentsor adverse events.
n
- Carries out duties in accordancewithinyourscope of practice and Eastern Health's policies and procedures.
n

About you

n

To be successful in this role you will possess:

n

n
- Previousexperience in Residential Aged Care
n
- Current registrationwith AHPRA
n
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
n
- A strong commitment to high quality care
n
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
n




- Excellent communication andorganisationalskills
n

n

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in theAustralian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
