Taxi Driver - Canberra - Immediate Start

ACT Cabs is the local and largest taxi service in Canberra (ACT), Queanbeyan (NSW) and surrounding regions.

n

We are hiring andtraining taxi drivers in Canberra, Queanbeyan and surrounding regions.

n

You must hold a full Australian driver licence to be eligible. You must already be present in Canberra, Queanbeyan or surrounding regions to be eligible.

n

Weekend and Weekday work is available. Adaptable working arrangements can be made.

n

We offer great working conditions. You will be backed by an experienced team of support staff that know the taxi industry inside out.

n

We train and guide new taxi drivers.

n

New taxi drivers must complete the following items to get a taxi license. ACT Cabs will guide you:

n

1.Working with Vulnerable People Check (via Access Canberra)

n





2.Medical Check (we will give you the health assessment forms and refer you to a recommended doctor)

n

3. Nationally coordinated criminalhistory check - completeonline via the following direct link:actcabs.australiannationalcharactercheck.com.au

n

4.Training is provided before you commence driving.

n

If you drive 50 or more shifts, we will reimburse the full cost of your expenses to obtain a taxi licence.

n

We are looking for people who will provide good customer service to our large customer base.
