Your duties, but are not limited to the following:

- Analysis and auditing of campaign performance for client campaigns.
- Feeding data in a simplified and easily comprehensible manner to internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring performance alerts are being made across to relevant stakeholders.
- Strategically work with the Head of Analytics and Growth Director to ensure client accounts are progressing as intended.
- De-bugging and solving campaign performance issues and ensuring at all times, campaigns are following successful models at Attention Experts.

The ideal candidate will have:

This role is suited to someone who loves to challenge themselves with new opportunities every day; and will stand out with the eagerness to learn and develop their skill set and expertise.

- Tertiary Qualifications in Performance Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce related qualifications.
- Need to demonstrate an astute awareness of digital marketing analysis, financial analysis or any other form of data-led analysis which could conver to digital marketing and performance marketing.
- An understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Good communication skills that can translate to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Be someone proactive and eager to learn
- Must be a team player that can also work well independently
- We are looking for someone with some digital marketing experience, as preferred.
- But just as preferred is a background in a role with great communication & analytical skills. Good communication is a must, as well as willing to take direction.
