About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist, this is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Marketing Graduateto join our team.
n
This role is designed to provide broad exposure across FMCG brand marketing, giving you hands-on experience in consumer engagement, digital marketing, reporting and team support. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing activities while building foundational skills across multiple areas of the business.

About the role:
n
n
- Provide support to the Consumer Engagement Team by responding to consumer enquires and complaints across phone, email, and social channels with professionalism and care.
n
- Build strong knowledge of Sanitarium Brands and products to deliver best-in-class consumer interactions
n
- Assist with promotional fulfillment and escalating high priority matters in line with internal processes
n
- Assisting with website and eDM content preparation and publishing
n
- Monitoring and reviewing brand digital presence and competitor activity
n
- Supporting the preparation of digital performance reporting
n
- Assist with data and system management, including maintaining digital asset systems (DAM) and supporting merchandise store administration
n
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the broader marketing team
n
n
Who we're looking for:
n
n
- You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
n
- Interested in FMCG, sales, marketing, category or commercial analytics
n
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
n
- Comfortable working with data and insights
n
- A strong communicator with good attention to detail
n
- Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships
n
n
