The Role

n

BL3 is seeking suitable people to join the team as a graduate or undergraduate. Due to the diverse range of work, the position is ideal for someone looking to start their career and gain hands‐on experience in a supportive and professional environment. The requirements of the role include:

n

n
- preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships;
n
- reconciliations, data entry, and bookkeeping tasks;
n
- liaise with senior staff, clients, and regulatory bodies;
n
- use (be trained in)



a range of accounting tools and software; and
n
- work with experienced professionals and receive ongoing training and development.
n

Full training will be provided so you are 'set up to succeed' at BL3.

n

About You

n

n
- Completed - or currently completing - a relevant degree from a recognised University.
n
- Good attention to detail complimented with a willingness to learn.
n
- A positive communicator with requisite skills such as time management and
n
- Experience using Linux programs, Google apps, and Xero (not a requirement but an advantage); and
n
- Proactive, positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
