Paltech a part of Air Diffusion Australia is a leader of innovation, manufacturing and wholesaling a wide range of heating and cooling products. We now have an opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our Pakenham team.

Paltech, a part of Air Diffusion Australia, is seeking a sales-focused Branch Manager to lead our Pakenham team. You will drive branch growth, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the site.

Responsibilities

n

Drive branch sales growth, profitability and market share across the Pakenham region

n

Build, strengthen and expand relationships with existing trade customers while actively identifying and securing recent business opportunities

n

Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and margin targets

n

Manage trade sales, warehouse operations, inventory and purchasing to ensure high levels of customer service

n

Implement company pricing,



promotional and customer account strategies

n

Deliver branch KPIs, including sales growth, gross margin, stock control and operational performance

n

Lead regular team meetings to communicate priorities, drive accountability and celebrate sales success

n

Coach and develop the team to build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture

n

Drive a high-performance team culture through training, coaching and development.

n

Work collaboratively with the Victorian branch network and management team to implement best practices and improve business performance

n

Qualifications and Experience

n

Previous experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.

n

Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential

n

Ability to build and develop a team.

n

A current driver's license.

n

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
