A new position is available for a lawyer to join our Commercial & Business law team.

At Beck Legal, we handle every commercial matter by understanding our clients' objectives and delivering prompt, high-quality service to meet their goals. In this role, you will be supported by an experienced team of lawyers and client managers.

We seek a team-oriented individual who enjoys working closely with clients in various transactions. Our clients are located throughout regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne.

The Role

n

Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will manage a diverse range of commercial and business law matters, including:

n

- Business Transactions & Advisory: Assisting clients with business acquisitions and sales, commercial contracts, business structuring, shareholder and partnership arrangements, and providing strategic advice to support business growth and risk management.
n
- Business Succession Planning: Working with business owners to design and implement practical succession strategies that support long‐term business continuity and wealth preservation.
n
- Commercial Structuring & Asset Protection: Advising on business structures, trusts, companies, partnerships,



and self‐managed superannuation funds to help clients achieve their commercial, taxation and asset protection objectives.
n
- Relationship Management: Building strong client relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues and external advisers to deliver practical, commercially focused outcomes.
