Are you a high-performing Automotive Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership, or an experienced Assistant Manager looking to drive a fast-growing, innovative global brand?

OMODA JAECOO Ringwood, a proud member of the Launic Motor Group, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our showroom leadership team. Working directly alongside our General Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving showroom volume, coaching a dedicated sales team, and delivering a premium guest experience for two of the most exciting current automotive brands in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

n

Team Leadership: Assist the Sales Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the showroom sales team to hit monthly volume and profit targets.

n

Deal Structuring: Work closely with consultants to close deals, manage customer objections, and maximise gross profit per unit.

n

Stock & Inventory Control: Oversee vehicle stock control, compound management, and ensure the showroom floor presentation meets strict brand standards.

n

Customer Experience: Maintain an exceptionally high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by resolving customer enquiries and ensuring seamless vehicle deliveries.

n

CRM Management: Drive dealership CRM compliance, ensuring all digital leads,



phone enquiries, and walk-ins are tracked and followed up systematically.

Skills and Experience Required

n

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in automotive dealership sales (experience with new vehicle brands or rapidly growing marques is highly regarded).

n

Proven track record of consistently exceeding personal sales targets and key performance indicators.

n

Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to coach, influence, and support junior sales consultants.

n

Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of dealership finance, insurance, and aftermarket structures.

n

Excellent digital literacy and experience utilizing automotive CRM and inventory software.

n

A current, valid Victorian Driver's License.
