About the Role

n

As part of our Service Department, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout Melbourne.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Completing scheduled service and maintenance work to a high standard.
n
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
n
- Building professional relationships with customers on site.
n
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
n
- Participating in ongoing technical training and development.
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

n
- Current residence in Melbourne, Australia.
n
- Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect (D) Permit.
n
- White Card.
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
n
- Working with Children Check.
n
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Robust knowledge of commercial air conditioning maintenance and relevant Australian standards.
n
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
n
- A professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
