About the Role

n

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do - enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

n

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

n

Responsibilities

n

Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised

n

Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care,



meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship

n

Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)

n

Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.

n

Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

n

Previous caregiving experience is an asset.

Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset!

n

Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.

n

Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes.

n

Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset

n

Mandatory Requirements

n

Enrolled or Completed a minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience

n

National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)

n

Working With Children Check

n

NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
