Full-Time, 38 hours a week - Ongoing

About the Role
n
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the efficient day-to-day coordination of administrative and reception services at the Rumbalara office in Seymour.
n
As the first point of contact for community members, clients, visitors, and stakeholders, the Office Coordinator provides a welcoming, culturally safe, and professional environment while supporting the coordination of clinical and outreach services.
n
About You:
n
To be successful for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
n
n
- You are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
n
- Have experience in office Coordination, reception or administration is desirable
n
- Demonstrated experience in office coordination, reception, oradministration.
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules across multiple services and stakeholders.
n
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
n
n
