We're on the hunt for a Bar Focused Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the charge, drive the energy of the venue, and build a team culture people actually want to be part of.

Your Key Plays:

- Lead from the front and support the team through busy services and big nights
n
- Help build a strong, positive, high-performing culture
n
- Support stock control, reporting, compliance, and day-to-day operations
n
- Keep bar standards high while bringing energy to every shift
n
- Be the go-to leader when senior management are away
n
- Work closely with the team to create a buzzing atmosphere guests want to come back to
n

What You'll Bring:

- Previous hospitality leadership experience (bar/pub experience preferred)
n
- Strong communication and people management skillsA hands-on attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
n
- RSA, RSG & TAB Basics preferred
n
- Passion for hospitality, entertainment, sport, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
