We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our customers. We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Sales Support team member to join our friendly Sales and Service team.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role

Key Accountabilities

- Communication of customer requirements.

- Ability to be an efficient and effective team member who can follow instructions and deliver outcomes.

- Demonstrates robust computer literacy and can pick up systems quickly.
n




- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
n
- Following up on new leads to assist in driving sales.
n
- Revisiting previous clients with the aim of re-engaging.
n
- Assist the Team Leader in monitoring sales & sales generation.
n
- Provide administrative customer service and sales support.
n
- Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent required
n

With ongoing training and exposure to all aspects of the flour manufacturing and bread-baking industry, this role will continue to evolve and grow with our company.
