Digicor is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Apprentice to join its team in a full-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop a long-term career in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

The successful candidate will undertake structured on-the-job training during the first six months of employment and work closely with an experienced warehouse team to develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the industry.

About the Role:

n

The Warehouse & Logistics Apprentice will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while developing expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, customer service, and warehouse systems.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist with daily warehousing activities, including receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading products.
n
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
n
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles and trucks.
n
- Receive and process faulty parts and devices returned by field technicians using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
n
- Monitor inventory levels and process parts and equipment as required.
n
- Conduct cycle counts and complete stock audits in accordance with warehouse schedules.
n
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
n
- Coordinate courier bookings, monitor shipments, and resolve delivery-related issues and disputes.
n




- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
n
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Current Forklift Licence (mandatory).
n
- Willingness to undertake and complete a qualification in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or Warehousing.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and email administration.
n
- Experience using ERP systems and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
n
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and regularly lift up to 20kg.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
n

Desirable Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience working with hardware, technology products, or computer components.
n
- Prior warehousing, logistics, or supply chain experience.
n
