The Position:

n

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Technician to join our team.

n

This full-time role will be based in our Head Office in Mitcham which services customers across Australia within the Public and Private healthcare industry

n

Key Accountabilities include:

n

n
- Repair, test and calibration of medical devices in a workshop environment
n
- Test and evaluate incoming products
n
- Provide Technical support for Sales staff and external customers including Biomedical Departments in relation to technical components and fault-finding procedures
n
- Delivery of capital equipment for trial to Biomedical Departments in local hospitals as required
n




- Arrange RA's for faulty equipment to suppliers / manufactures for both warranty and out of warranty repairs.
n

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:

n

n
- Direct experience is not necessary as full training is provided, however must have demonstrated technical / mechanical experience
n
- Electronics industry experience is an advantage
n
- Willingness to learn new skills
n
- Work Autonomously or in a team
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Help build relationships with customers
n
- Hands on approach for service repairs and deliveries
n
- Technically minded / good problem solver
n
- Strong work ethic
n
