About the role

n

Reporting to the National Business Manager - Food Service, you will be responsible for owning National Distributor customers, driving distribution and volume/value within the Foodservice Channel including QSR, HORECA, Petrol & Convenience, Wholesale, Industrial, and Route.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Manage and grow a defined list of Distributor Accounts
n
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to capitalise on opportunities within national Food Service channels
n
- Negotiating terms with Key Distributors
n
- Manage tender process by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
n




- Collaborate with State Sales Leads to deliver national programs
n
- Plan and execute all national promotional activities
n
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors where applicable
n
- Plan and execute relevant trade shows
n

About you:

n

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

n

n
- Strong track record of success in the Food Service channel of broader FMCG industry, or closely aligned with food and hospitality
n
- Experience in managing National Distributors
n
- Effective negotiation, communication and organisational skills; with the ability to meet deadlines
n
- Excellent relationship building skills
n
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce or another business-related discipline
n
- Have a knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and CRM capabilities.
n
- Strong team player
n
