Job Description

Atturra's Business Applications team is seeking a Senior Compliance Consultant with hands‐on TechnologyOne experience to design and deliver audit‐ready compliance solutions for local council clients.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver and support TechnologyOne (CiA) implementations, configurations, and upgrades across OneCouncil in Property & Rating.
n
- Design and build Business Process Automations in CiA, ensuring workflows are consistent, practical, and audit‐ready.
n
- Configure and support permits, licences, infringements, approvals, records and compliance workflows.
n
- Develop and maintain DocOne templates and document outputs in line with client requirements.
n
- Translate real‐world processes into system workflows, identify risks, embed appropriate controls.
n
- Participate in and lead workshops and configuration sessions, with support from senior team members where needed.
n
- Assist with data migration activities – mapping, validation and ensuring data integrity.
n
- Support UAT, reporting and testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
n
- Provide client‐facing support, training and advisory to help councils build capability and confidence in their systems.

- Office locations: Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth or Recent Zealand.

- Some travel required for workshops, key delivery phases and client engagement.

Qualifications

n

n
- Experience within local government compliance, regulatory, property or rating environments.
n
- Hands‐on TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) experience (essential).
n
- Proven experience building BPA workflows within CiA.
n
- Understanding of compliance lifecycle components (permits, licences, infringements, approvals, records, audit trails).
n
- Experience with workflow configuration and system set‐up, DocOne configuration, data migration support, UAT and reporting.
n
- Strong process mapping and problem‐solving skills – able to take "as‐is" processes and shape improved, system‐driven outcomes.
n
- Ability to facilitate or contribute to workshops, engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
n
- Clear, confident communication, with the ability to translate compliance and system concepts.
n

Highly Desirable

n

- Experience supporting or contributing to Ci to CiAnywhere upgrades.
n
- Exposure to TechnologyOne SaaS+ environments.
n
- Experience across Property & Rating modules alongside compliance.
n
- Familiarity with T‐Scripts or advanced configuration elements.
n
