Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Victorian team and lead complex Health and Tertiary Education projects valued between $10M and $25M.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability,
ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while leading high-performing project teams.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
n
- Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
n
- Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
n
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
n
- Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
n
- Maintaining a solid focus on WHS&E; compliance and risk management
n
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
- Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional results
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- 5+ years' experience successfully delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in a Project Management capacity
n
- Experience delivering projects within the Health and/or Tertiary Education sectors will be highly regarded
n
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
n
- Solid commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
n
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performing project teams
n
