Job Description

We are looking for productive, safety-minded Production Operators for our industrial chemical waste facility. We have long-term work available for experienced operators with a forklift license at our Laverton site. Excavator and/or front-end loader experience is also highly desirable. We offer different shifts between 6am-9pm and above Award competitive pay.

We are looking for Casual and Full-Time employees.

The Ideal Candidate

n

You will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Applicants with industry experience within the waste industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities and Duties

n

n
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents
n
- Keep the facility clean and organised to maintain safety and efficiency
n




- Loading and unloading of trucks
n
- Receive, inspect, label and sort incoming waste materials
n
- Operate equipment and machinery for processing waste
n
- Filter Press Operations
n
- Interact with waste transporters, contractors, and vendors
n
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality
n
- Other duties as required
