The Role

n

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role combining wellness knowledge, education,



retail, and day-to-day store operations.

n

You will be a trusted point of contact for customers, offering informed and ethical guidance while supporting smooth store operations.

n

This role may suit:

n

n
- Qualified or studying naturopaths, nutritionists, or health professionals
n
- Students in health-related fields
n
- Individuals with strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in holistic living
n

n

Previous experience in health retail, customer service, or administration is an advantage but not essential for the right person.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Provide warm, values-aligned, evidence-informed customer support
n
- Assist customers with product selection and education
n
- Support daily store operations and presentation
n
- Stock management, replenishment, and ordering
n
- Assist with scheduling and store coordination
n
- Support in-store promotions and wellness initiatives
n
- Create and maintain engaging social media content aligned with our brand
n
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organisation
n
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
n
