This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established commercial builder delivering high-quality retail and hospitality refurbishment, fit-out and extension projects valued up to $10M.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Construction Managers, you're gain hands-on exposure to every stage of project delivery while developing the skills required to progress into a Contract Administrator and ultimately a Project Manager.

The Role

n

You'll play a key role in supporting multiple commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion.

n

n
- Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery.
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades.
n
- Supporting procurement and contract administration activities.
n
- Managing RFIs, project documentation and programme updates.
n
- Assisting with cost tracking, variations and project reporting.
n
- Liaising with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure projects remain on programme.
n

About You

n

n
- Experience as a Project Coordinator,



Site Coordinator or Junior Contract Administrator with a commercial builder.
n
- Exposure to commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in Project Management.
n
- A construction-related qualification (preferred).
n
- Previous experience working on fast-paced, live environment projects (retail highly desired)
