A full time permanent role for a well-established automotive dealership based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For a Sales Manager - Ford interested in achieving a business' sales targets and profit margins by providing excellent customer service.

A normal day

- Analyse sales results and campaign performance within the dealership network
n
- Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales volumes, profit and inventory performance and defining actions to rectify any deficiencies.
n
- Developing and implementing strategies to support business campaigns
n
- Training and developing their team
n
- Working with leadership to develop sales targets
n
