We are seeking a Senior or Lead Civil Engineer to lead technical project delivery and mentor one other person.

n

You'll likely take home between $100k and $150k p/a plus Super, depending on your experience.

n

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the work – contributing technically, guiding outcomes and working closely with architects, planners and other stakeholders in an office-based setting.

n

The role

n

You will lead and deliver civil engineering design across a range of built environment projects, from early concept through to construction documentation and delivery.

n

Depending on your level, you will also mentor junior engineers, support with fee proposals,



mitigate any tricky client issues.

n

Projects typically include:

- Urban and infill developments
n
- Mixed-use and commercial projects
n
- Civil works aligned with built environment outcomes
n

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Proven experience in civil engineering within the built environment, in Melbourne
n
- Strong civil design and documentation capability (Civil3D)
n
- Confidence coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams
n
- Client-facing experience and clear communication skills
n
- A collaborative mindset and interest in guiding others
n

n

Chartered status, or progression toward it, will be well regarded.

n
