About the Role

n

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team,



with an additional opportunity to contribute as our Wellbeing Officer.

n

This is a unique opportunity for an OT who loves supporting people not only through therapy, but through building a workplace where clinicians feel connected, valued and empowered.

n

Alongside providing high-quality neuro-affirming occupational therapy services, you will contribute to team wellbeing through initiatives, check-ins and value-led personal exploration.

n

What You'll Do

n

As an Occupational Therapist at STA, you will:

n

n
- Provide neuro-affirming occupational therapy services to children, young people and families
n
- Support clients to build confidence, independence and participation in everyday activities
n
- Complete assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support
n
- Build strong relationships with families, schools and community networks
n
- Participate in supervision, professional development and clinical discussions
n

n

As our Wellbeing Officer, you will:

n

n
- Support initiatives that promote staff connection, wellbeing and team morale
n
- Facilitate wellbeing check-ins and create opportunities for staff to feel supported
n
- Encourage value-led reflection, personal growth and team connection
n
- Support recognition,



celebrations and initiatives that strengthen our culture
n

n

About You

n

You are an Occupational Therapist who:

n

n
- Is passionate about neuro-affirming practice and supporting children and families
n
- Values collaboration, connection and continuous learning
n
- Enjoys contributing to a positive team culture
n
- Has an interest in wellbeing, personal growth and supporting others to thrive
n
