Midcoast Truck Bodies, part of the Midcoast Trucks Group, is seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join our growing Body Manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install, wire and commission electrical systems on truck bodies and specialised equipment
n
- Install and commission HIAB vehicle-mounted cranes
n
- Fit lighting, PTO controls,



safety systems and accessories
n
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
n
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
n
- Complete testing and quality inspections
n
- Work collaboratively with fabrication, hydraulic and mechanical teams
n

n

About You

n

n
- Experience with heavy vehicles, trucks or mobile plant preferred
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR licence advantageous)
n
