About the Role

n

This role carries a high level of responsibility in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every child.

n

You will:

n

n
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
n
- Contribute to a culture of child safety, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
n
- Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team
n
- Engage in meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
n
- Contribute to sustainable practices and inclusive learning environments
n

n

About You

n

You will:

n

n
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligations
n
- Maintain safe, respectful, and professional interactions with children at all times
n
- Have experience working with children aged 0–6 years
n
- Be an effective communicator with colleagues, children, and families
n
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a First Aid qualification
n
- Hold a valid and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Provide a minimum of two qualified references
n
