The Role

n

You'll manage both projects simultaneously, working closely with executive sponsors, project boards and external vendors to ensure delivery remains on track and governance milestones are achieved.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Lead delivery of two enterprise business transformation projects
n
- Take ownership of projects transitioning from planning into execution
n
- Lead governance, executive reporting, steering committees and project board activities
n
- Prepare project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance artefacts
n
- Coordinate delivery across multiple interconnected workstreams
n
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and perks
n
- Manage vendor engagement throughout the remaining planning and delivery phases
n
- Work closely with executive sponsors and senior business leaders
n
- Navigate both formal project governance and BAU delivery frameworks
n
- Align project outcomes with broader organisational transformation initiatives

About You

n

You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a background delivering complex business transformation programs within large organisations.

n

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across:

- Leadership, culture or organisational capability initiatives
n
- HR, people or workforce transformation programs
n
- Workplace health and safety projects
n
- Enterprise business transformation
n
- Executive governance, steering committees and PMO environments
n
- Multi workstream program delivery
n
- Government or other highly regulated organisations
n

n

You'll be comfortable taking over projects already in flight, working through ambiguity, balancing project and BAU activities, and confidently partnering with senior executives to provide recommendations, manage risks and keep delivery moving.
