About the role:

n

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at our fast-paced high performing Queens Plaza Boutique, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will assist leading the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.

You will assist as a leader to:

n

n
- Be a pivotal brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore, upholding company policies and procedures
n
- Support the Boutique Manager in managing the team effectively, leading by example
n
- Drive the team to achieve success
n
- Inspire and motivate your team,



supporting the Boutique Manager in identifying individual potential and providing coaching to Client Advisors
n
- Create a positive team culture which promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach
n

The ideal candidates will have:

n

n
- Experience in a similar position
n
- Background in overseeing a store, supporting the personnel of a store and making decisions including rostering of employees
n
- Full time availability on a Sunday to Thursday rotation
n
