As we expand, we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with a variety of skills to join our Production team at our world-class facility in Banyo. If you're looking for a casual on-call role between Monday to Friday, work within a food production environment, develop your skills and contribute to Australia's leading healthy meal provider, we'd love to hear from you.

Day shift - 7am (working a minimum of 4 hours +)

Afternoon shift - 3pm (working a minimum of 4 hours +)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Food Preparation

n

n
- Hand cutting and trimming fresh produce and raw/cooked meats
n
- Preparing vegetables and ingredients for production
n
- Measuring, mixing, and batching ingredients for a range of cooking processes
n

n

Assembly Line Production

n

n
- Performing repetitive, hands-on production line tasks
n
- Portioning meals to specification
n
- Moving products efficiently between production areas
n

n

Machine Operation

n

n
- Operating production equipment,



including mixers, ovens, flow wrappers, date coding machines, X-ray systems, IBEX, and mezzanine equipment
n
- Ensuring machinery is operated safely and effectively
n

n

Physical and Fast-Paced Work

n

n
- Picking, packing, and preparing products for distribution
n
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling racks and boxes weighing up to 15-20kg
n
- Maintaining productivity in a high-volume environment
n

n

Cold Environment Work

n

n
- Working in temperature-controlled areas (approximately 8°C to -4°C)
n
- Performing occasional duties in freezer environments
n

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
n
- Previous production, manufacturingor food processing experience (highly regarded)
n
- The capability to work comfortably in cold-room conditions
n
- A strong understanding of food safety, qualityand hygiene standards
n
- Excellent reliability, punctualityand a strong work ethic
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to safely perform manual handling tasks up to 20kg
n
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
n
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
n

Recruitment Process

As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an onsite Assessment Centre. This provides an opportunity for you to gain a better understanding of the role and work environment, while allowing us to assess skills relevant to the position.
