About the Role:
n As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.

- Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
n
- Lead by example – setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation
n
- Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence
n
- Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes
n
- Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture
n
- Make every customer interaction count – every day
n

What You'll Bring:
n You're a hands‐on leader with a passion for retail and a genuine love of people. With strong communication and great attention to detail, you know how to get the best from your team – and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.

- Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
n
- A people‐first mindset with strong coaching and team‐building skills
n
- Great communication and a calm, solutions‐focused approach
n
- Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
n
- Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills
n
- Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia
n
