About the Role

n

As River Road Tavern team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for patrons. Opportunities are available across multiple departments, allowing you to develop a broad range of hospitality skills.

Key Responsibilities

n

Gaming Attendants

n

n
- Provide friendly and professional service to gaming patrons.
n
- Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations.
n
- Process payouts and assist customers with gaming enquiries.
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented gaming environment.
n

n

Bar Attendants

n

n
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy bar workplace.
n
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas.
n

n

Retail Attendants

n

n
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
n




- Merchandise products and maintain retail displays.
n
- Assist customers with enquiries and product recommendations.
n
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished.
n

n

Bistro Team Members

n

n
- Take food and beverage orders.
n
- Deliver meals and beverages to guests.
n
- Assist with table clearing and dining room presentation.
n
- Provide friendly and efficient service throughout the guest experience.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work across multiple departments.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.
n

Essential Requirements

n

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
n
- Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG/RSG) Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Availability across a rotating roster.
n
