About The Role

n

We're building a talent pool of Personal Care Workers for future Home Care opportunities in the Safety Beach and Dromana are.

n

Whether you're currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we'd love to hear from you.

n

In this role, you'll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include:

- Personal care
n
- Domestic assistance
n
- Mobility support
n
- Social companionship
n

n

You'll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana, and Safety Beach.

About You

n

You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

n

n
- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant Personal Care qualification)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
n
- Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
n
- CPR & First Aid Certificates
n
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
n
- Experience supporting clients with mental health needs and communication challenges
n
- Experience with Sara Stedy and hoist transfers essential
n
