TRP is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded agency in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, seeking experienced Property Managers, Senior Property Managers and Leasing Consultants to join multiple offices.

About the role

n

You'll manage a portfolio of premium residential properties across some of Sydney's most desirable addresses, supported by an established team and reliable systems. The work is steady, the standards are high, and the agency's reputation does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to attracting quality landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

n

Day to day, you'll oversee inspections, lease renewals, maintenance coordination and tenancy documentation, ensuring a consistent and professional experience for all parties. Senior candidates will also take on a mentoring role,



supporting junior staff and contributing to broader department decisions.

What we're looking for

n

Candidates should bring solid experience in residential property management, transparent and confident communication, and the organisational discipline to manage a busy portfolio without letting details slip. A current NSW Certificate or Licence and a driver's licence are required, and familiarity with the Eastern Suburbs market is a must.
