Job Description

This role will lead the end-to-end proposals process, working closely with estimating, commercial and operations teams to develop competitive, high quality submissions. You'll manage multiple tenders from initial strategy through to submission and handover.

- Lead end to end tender and proposal submissions from opportunity through to award.
n
- Develop tender strategies, win themes, methodologies and submission plans.
n
- Coordinate estimating, engineering, commercial and operational inputs.
n
- Manage tender programmes, deadlines, reviews and submission quality.
n
- Prepare and review EOIs, tenders, capability statements and presentations.
n
- Work with senior management to develop commercial and strategic bid positioning.
n




- Support post tender negotiations, clarifications and project handover.

Profile

n

n
- Senior proposals/bid management experience within civil infrastructure, construction or water.
n
- Experience managing complex, high value tenders from start to finish.
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, commercial considerations and project delivery.
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and drive submissions to deadline.
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Water infrastructure experience highly regarded.
n

- $220,000 - $240,000 + super
