Mounties is seeking a Customer Service Manager / Duty Manager for Harbord Diggers Club in Freshwater, NSW. This permanent, full time role will lead a vibrant team across Food, Beverage, Gaming and Member Services, delivering memorable guest experiences and high service standards.

You will motivate, coach and develop staff, manage rosters, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and handle customer issues with a proactive approach.
