Your day-to-day will include:

n

Creating professional relationships with owners and tenants.We are a calling culture office

n

Lease renewal and rent reviews with VA assistant

n

Out-going tenant inspections

n

Routine inspections - 2 week take over & 8 week new tenant only routines

n

Coordinating urgent repairs and maintenance

n

Arrears management - automated systems in place

n

Dispute resolution and QCAT

n

Insurance lodgement

n

What you won't have to worry about:

Entry Condition Reports – handled by our dedicated Entries Specialist

n

Routine Inspections – managed by our Routine Inspections Specialist

n

Leasing & application processing – taken care of by our Leasing Specialist

n

Rental payment receipting

n

Council and water rates bill processing

n

Tenant water invoicing

n

Weekly disbursements to clients

n

Maintenance bill processing

n

Creating CMA's for lease renewals
