Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedics

You will enjoy a broad and interesting patient caseload supported by well-established rehabilitation pathways.
n
Work directly alongside leading orthopaedic surgeons and a supportive allied health team, collaborating closely across assessment, rehabilitation, and ongoing patient management.
n
You will also work closely with our imaging and investigation team, with on-site X-ray and Ultrasound streamlining your assessment and supporting accurate diagnosis.
n

We are advertising this role as full time, but will consider part-time for the right candidate.

About You
n
We are seeking a highly motivated musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join our team.
n
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently, respectfully, and effectively with patients, staff, and the wider community.
n
You demonstrate integrity, accountability,
and a strong commitment to ongoing professional and personal growth. You stay current with research and apply this knowledge to guide your clinical reasoning and treatment approach.
n
You enjoy being part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with surgeons and allied health clinicians, and supporting patients to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes. You can work both independently and collaboratively, and you value a caseload that allows you to provide high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Criteria
n
You will bring a strong clinical foundation, a patient-centred mindset, and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing multidisciplinary team. You value professionalism, explicit communication, and delivering a positive patient experience.
n
You will also have:
n
n
- Degree in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
- Ability to adapt within a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment
n
- Experience working with orthopaedic surgeons (desirable)
n
- Openness to learning and engagement in ongoing professional development
n
- Experience with hand therapy (desirable but not essential)
n
