We are seeking a proactive and professional Building Manager to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of a residential building.

The role

n

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the completed building, ensuring it is well presented, compliant and efficiently run. You will be the key on-site point of contact for residents and contractors, managing issues proactively and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily building operations
n
- Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors
n




- Conducting regular building and safety inspections
n
- Responding to resident enquiries and issues professionally
n
- Ensuring compliance with Body Corporate and safety requirements
n

n

About you

n

You will bring:

n

n
- 1–2 years' experience in building or property management
n
- Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and strata processes
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A customer-focused and proactive approach
n
- Availability to respond to occasional after-hours issues
n
