Recruiting for Community Support Workers throughout the Western Suburbs of Melbourne

Across Australia, Just Better Care provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently. We are currently looking for In-Home Care Support Workers to join our Melbourne West team. If you're passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

n

You'll provide one-on-one direct support to aged care clients in their homes, helping them achieve their goals while maintaining their independence, dignity and quality of life.

n

Typical duties may include:

n

n
- Personal care
n
- Domestic assistance
n
- Social support and community access
n
- Meal preparation
n
- Transport to appointments and activities
n

n

Most shifts are 2 hours, with longer shifts available depending on client needs.

n

About You

n

We're looking for caring, adaptable and dependable people who enjoy making a genuine difference in the lives of others.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n




- A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or a related qualification
n
- Availability Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
n
