Site Manager – Renewable Energy Operations

Acclaimed Workforce is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the operations and maintenance function at a large-scale renewable energy facility located in regional Victoria.

n

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a complex, safety-critical asset and lead a skilled site-based team responsible for safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.

n

The successful candidate will provide strong technical leadership, drive operational excellence, develop a high-performing team culture and continuously improve site systems, processes and reliability.

The Role

n

Reporting into the Operations & Maintenance leadership team, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading and developing a site-based operations and maintenance team
n
- Managing daily site operations, maintenance activities and operational performance
n
- Driving plant availability, reliability and performance outcomes
n
- Establishing and improving maintenance systems, procedures and processes
n
- Managing CMMS, maintenance records, reporting and asset information
n
- Overseeing stores, spare parts, inventory management and procurement processes
n
- Supporting fault finding, troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives
n
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and operational requirements
n
- Coordinating contractors, visitors and site activities
n




- Building robust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Relevant trade qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, Boilermaker or similar)
n
- Minimum 10 years' experience within operations, maintenance, utilities, industrial, manufacturing or power generation environments
n
- Proven experience leading site-based teams within complex operational environments
n
- Strong technical capability across mechanical and electrical systems
n
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and asset reliability practices
n
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
n
- Demonstrated safety leadership and risk management experience
n
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop operational teams
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
