Lead Clinical Research Coordinator

Evolve Scientific is partnering with a leading clinical research organisation to recruit a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator.

n

This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse or Pharmacist looking to combine hands‐on clinical trial coordination with team leadership and site oversight.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the delivery of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out.
n
- Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow‐up.
n
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Maintain accurate study documentation and data quality.
n
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and key stakeholders.
n
- Support site operations, mentor staff, and drive process improvements.
n

About You

n

n




- AHPRA-registered Nurse or Pharmacist.
n
- Proven experience coordinating clinical trials.
n
- Strong understanding of GCP and clinical research regulations.
n
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded.
n
