Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team, covering Western Victoria and Tasmania. We are flexible on where this role is based, with a preference for candidates located in either Melbourne or Ballarat region. This position will suit candidates who can demonstrate a solid background in sales and an ability to develop strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities Include

n

- Managing and growing the assigned Western Victoria and Tasmania sales territory
n
- Identifying, negotiating, and developing sales opportunities
n
- Developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships including cold calling and regular, structured call cycles to customers
n
- Delivering against agreed sales targets
n
- The ability to increase market penetration and expand the company's market share
n
- Utilising excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to engage with customers
n

About You - Skills, Experience And Qualifications

- Previous experience in the agricultural, construction equipment or materials handling industries is highly desired
n
- High energy approach, self motivation and the ability to work autonomously across a broad geographical area
n




- High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
n
- A demonstrated results focus with a passion for sales and customer service
n
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills, and the ability to effectively self-manage
