Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Software Engineer.

n

The role will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application. This includes the following:

n

- Understand and achieve balance between solutions delivery, innovation and what's right the client by understanding the business vision and helping make appropriate technology choices.
n
- Refine, design and deliver product requirements.
n
- Build tools and frameworks that can be largely used by the broader design and engineering teams
n
- Liaise and work with product, and other technology and delivery teams to deliver high quality software solutions
n
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects proactively ensuring the application evolves and is increasingly robust.
n




- Create new and extend existing operational documentation to ensure there is a current up to date record of the latest version of the solutions
n
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
n
- Writing and implementing efficient code
n

Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant field. Industry experience may substitute.

Experience & Skills

- 2+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer
n
- Solid problem-solving skills & critical thinking
n

Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $100,000 – $150K per annum.
