The Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a major apartment project, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing all day-to-day site operations
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
n
- Driving programme to ensure project milestones are achieved
n
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
n
- Managing site safety and OH&S; compliance
n
- Conducting subcontractor meetings and toolbox talks
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and resolve site issues
n
- Overseeing defect management through to project completion
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
n
n
- Proven experience as aSite Managerdelivering apartment or multi-residential projects
n
- Experience on projects valued$20M+, ideally up to $50M
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills
n
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and QA processes
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian building regulations and OH&S; requirements
n
- Ability to build robust relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
n
n
