What You'll Actually Do

n

As part of our team, you will:

n

n
- Prepare financials, tax returns, BASs, and other compliance work
n
- Dive into business advisory, tax planning, and value-adding services that make a real difference to our SME clients
n
- Work closely with clients and build strong, meaningful relationships (yep, they will remember your name)
n
- Support junior staff and make a difference to their development
n




- Collaborate with senior management and partners who genuinely care about your growth
n

n

You're Our Kind of Person If You...

n

n
- Have 3-5 years of recent Public Practice experience in Australia
n
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications (bonus points if you've started CPA or CA!)
n
- Know your way around Xero Practice Manager (not essential, but we won't complain)
n
- Love solving problems and making clients' lives easier
n
- Present well, communicate like a pro, and enjoy a bit of banter with your team
n
- Are proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask "why?"
n
- Permanent Aussie resident or citizen (sorry, no sponsorships!)
